Alamance Children's Theatre's Youth Board is an extension of ACT, a Non-Profit organization with the mission to create quality theatrical opportunities for youth in our community, both as active participants in performance and production and as engaged audience members. Our mission is to use our experience in community theater to help younger members of the community get involved. A few ways we do this are by leading workshops throughout the year, running an acting camp each summer, and helping with fundraisers to help grow ACT as a whole. We also work very hard to give opportunities to learn not only Acting, Dancing, and Singing, but we also offer opportunities in directing, stage managing, choreographing, and music directing.
